I overlooked checking the site as a guest and checking guest permissions. Viewing the site on the phone not logged in I noticed I couldn't see attachments. It is now fixed. There is always seems to be a little catch when things go very smoothly.

Attachments can be seen in the Acropolis board as a guest and it is fixed site-wide. Small catcha because I got sloppy.
